Quick Dill and Garlic Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh small cucumbers
  • one small bunch dill
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 liter carbonated water

Preparation

  1. Place the cucumbers, dill, and garlic in a container.

  2. Add the sugar and salt.

  3. Pour the carbonated water over the mixture.

  4. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
