Quail Egg Stuffed Cilok

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 10 quail eggs
  • 1 green onion stalk
  • broth as needed

Ground spices

  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt as needed
  • sugar as needed
  • pepper powder as needed

Preparation

  1. Grind the garlic and mix it with salt, sugar, and pepper to create a spice blend.

  2. Combine the wheat flour, tapioca flour, and the spice mixture in a bowl.

  3. Add chopped green onion and mix in enough water to form a smooth dough.

  4. Shape the dough into small balls and stuff each one with a quail egg.

  5. Boil the stuffed balls in broth until they float and are cooked through.
