Quail Egg Stuffed Cilok
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 10 quail eggs
- 1 green onion stalk
- broth as needed
Ground spices
- 1 garlic clove
- salt as needed
- sugar as needed
- pepper powder as needed
Preparation
Grind the garlic and mix it with salt, sugar, and pepper to create a spice blend.
Combine the wheat flour, tapioca flour, and the spice mixture in a bowl.
Add chopped green onion and mix in enough water to form a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into small balls and stuff each one with a quail egg.
Boil the stuffed balls in broth until they float and are cooked through.
