Fried Egg with Sambal Matah
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Red chili peppers (sliced)
- Red onions (sliced)
- Kaffir lime leaves (sliced)
- Lemongrass (sliced, soft part)
- Garlic (chopped)
- Salt
- Sugar
Preparation
Fry the eggs until cooked.
Mix all the sliced ingredients, add salt and sugar, and stir well.
Fry the chopped garlic until fragrant.
Add the sliced ingredients mixture and stir briefly.
Pour the sambal over the fried eggs and serve.
