Refreshing Watermelon and Papaya Juice
Ingredients
- 1/4 ripe watermelon
- 1/4 small ripe papaya
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 glass water
Preparation
Find the seed line in the watermelon, remove the seeds, and put the flesh into a blender.
Add the peeled and seeded papaya pieces, water, and sugar.
Blend until smooth, then transfer to a glass.
The juice is ready to serve.

The combination of watermelon and coffee is considered a myth regarding health dangers, but coffee may hinder iron absorption from watermelon, so avoid consuming them together for optimal nutrition.
