Blueberry Kale Smoothie with Yogurt and Chia
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 cup yogurt (use coconut or soy yogurt)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preparation
Combine blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and 1/2 cup ice in blender until smooth.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
