Brown Rice Pudding with Raisins and Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted brown rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Rinse the sprouted brown rice and pour it into a medium-sized pan with 3 cups of water.

  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.

  3. Drain the rice and add it back to the pot with 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of raisins, and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.

  4. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed.

  5. Enjoy the pudding.
