Brown Rice Pudding with Raisins and Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted brown rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Rinse the sprouted brown rice and pour it into a medium-sized pan with 3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain the rice and add it back to the pot with 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of raisins, and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed.
Enjoy the pudding.
