Easy Overnight Strawberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 340g fresh strawberries, hulled
- 250ml milk
- 250ml coconut yogurt
- 30ml maple syrup
- 80g white chia seeds
Preparation
Add strawberries, milk, yogurt and maple syrup to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Whisk together chia seeds and strawberry liquid in a bowl with a fork until the seeds are well mixed.
Cover and set overnight in the fridge.
Enjoy the next morning.

Prepare the pudding the night before for an easy breakfast.
Chia means 'strength' in Mayan and was used by ancient warriors for stamina.
