Matcha Chia Pudding with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Toppings: Raspberries and almonds
Preparation
In a mason jar or bowl, add chia seeds with non-dairy milk and stir to combine.
Add the matcha green tea powder to the chia seed mixture, along with maple syrup. Whisk until smooth to prevent the matcha from clumping with the chia seeds. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
Top with fresh fruit, granola and/or nuts.
