Easy Vegan Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 400g can coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Place coconut cream in a large bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until fluffy.

  2. Puree the strawberries and maple syrup in a blender.

  3. Mix the puree through the coconut cream mixture.

  4. Transfer into small glasses and set in the fridge for about an hour.
