Easy Vegan Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 400g can coconut cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Place coconut cream in a large bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Puree the strawberries and maple syrup in a blender.
Mix the puree through the coconut cream mixture.
Transfer into small glasses and set in the fridge for about an hour.
