Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 300g raspberries
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Heat everything on the hob in a saucepan, stirring regularly until it becomes very liquidy and then slowly starts to thicken.

  2. Let it cool and store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a month.
