Raspberry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 300g raspberries
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3-4 tbsp water
Preparation
Heat everything on the hob in a saucepan, stirring regularly until it becomes very liquidy and then slowly starts to thicken.
Let it cool and store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a month.
