Debloat Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 3 lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ginger tea
- 32oz water
- Additional sweetener if needed
Preparation
Combine ingredients.
Bring to a boil then turn heat off.
Let tea steep for at least 10 min.
Remove tea bag and enjoy right away or save for later.
