Healthy Daily Nutrient Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup frozen peas or chickpeas
- 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 2 tsp hemp seeds or other seeds like sesame seeds
- 3 dates (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric and pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vivolife perform protein
- 1 tsp maca from Vivolife
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter or nuts
- half a lemon with peel
- water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
