Healthy Daily Nutrient Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup frozen peas or chickpeas
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds or other seeds like sesame seeds
  • 3 dates (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric and pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vivolife perform protein
  • 1 tsp maca from Vivolife
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter or nuts
  • half a lemon with peel
  • water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
