Favorite Healthy Morning Smoothies

Ingredients

Large green smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water or milk

Strawberry dream

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 10 pieces cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup soy yogurt
  • 1/3 cup water

Chocolate breakfast

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 10 pieces cashew nuts
  • 5 dates
  • pinch of salt
  • cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the Large Green Smoothie until smooth.

  2. Blend all ingredients for the Strawberry Dream until smooth.

  3. Blend all ingredients for the Chocolate Breakfast until smooth.
