Nutrient-Packed Vegan Daily Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup frozen peas or chickpeas
- 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp hemp or flax seeds
- 3 dates
- 1/4 tsp turmeric + pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vivolife perform protein
- 1/2 tsp matcha from vivolife
- 1 tsp maca from vivolife
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter or nuts
- half a lemon with peel
- water
Preparation
Note: Use the measurement equivalents - 1 cup = 250ml, 1/2 cup = 125ml.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and add water as needed. Blend until smooth.
