Nutrient-Packed Vegan Daily Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup frozen peas or chickpeas
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp or flax seeds
  • 3 dates
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric + pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vivolife perform protein
  • 1/2 tsp matcha from vivolife
  • 1 tsp maca from vivolife
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter or nuts
  • half a lemon with peel
  • water

Preparation

  1. Note: Use the measurement equivalents - 1 cup = 250ml, 1/2 cup = 125ml.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and add water as needed. Blend until smooth.
