Homemade Soothing Immunity Booster Elixir

Ingredients

  • 3 slices clementine
  • 3 slices apple
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 cloves
  • Thinly sliced knob of ginger
  • Thinly sliced knob of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon raw white honey

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a teapot, pour boiled water over them, and steep for 5 minutes.
