Refreshing Orange Ginger Tea Drink

Ingredients

  • 3 Oranges
  • Orange Zest from 1 Orange
  • A small piece of Ginger
  • 2 cups of Water
  • A small Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp Tea (Chai Patti)

Preparation

  1. Grate 1 orange for zest and a small piece of ginger.

  2. Juice 3 fresh oranges.

  3. In a pan, bring 2 cups of water to boil.

  4. Add the orange zest, grated ginger, cinnamon stick, and cloves and boil for 5-7 minutes.

  5. Stir in 1/2 tsp tea powder and boil for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Strain into your favorite cup, mix in your sweetener, and fill with orange juice.

  7. Garnish with an orange wedge.
