Anti-Inflammatory Juice Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 250g turmeric, washed
- 250g ginger, washed
- pinch of pepper (increases curcumin’s bioavailability by 2000%)
Preparation
Combine everything in a juicer and juice.
Add pepper.
Pour into ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Tips
Enjoy each cube by dissolving it in hot water to make an anti-inflammatory drink.
Use the pulp to make orange and chocolate cookies.
