Anti-Inflammatory Juice Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 250g turmeric, washed
  • 250g ginger, washed
  • pinch of pepper (increases curcumin’s bioavailability by 2000%)

Preparation

  1. Combine everything in a juicer and juice.

  2. Add pepper.

  3. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

Tips

  1. Enjoy each cube by dissolving it in hot water to make an anti-inflammatory drink.

  2. Use the pulp to make orange and chocolate cookies.
