Refreshing Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Beverage
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g fresh or frozen raspberries (roughly 1 punnet)
- Handful of strawberries, sliced
- 1 firm banana (can be frozen for thicker texture)
- 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional)
- 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts or nut butter
- 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup or stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 2-3 ice cubes
Preparation
Start by adding the plant-based milk to a high-speed blender.
Add all remaining ingredients to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
For a thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana.
Optionally, serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness.
