Refreshing Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Beverage

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries (roughly 1 punnet)
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 firm banana (can be frozen for thicker texture)
  • 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional)
  • 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts or nut butter
  • 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup or stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Start by adding the plant-based milk to a high-speed blender.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. For a thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana.

  5. Optionally, serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness.
