Creamy Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Delight

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g fresh/frozen raspberries (roughly 1 punnet)
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 firm banana (can be frozen for a thicker smoothie)
  • 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional – will make it thicker)
  • 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts (or favourite nut butter)
  • 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup (or stevia for a sugar free version)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Start with the plant-based milk and add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness of the smoothie.
