Creamy Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Delight
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g fresh/frozen raspberries (roughly 1 punnet)
- Handful of strawberries, sliced
- 1 firm banana (can be frozen for a thicker smoothie)
- 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional – will make it thicker)
- 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts (or favourite nut butter)
- 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup (or stevia for a sugar free version)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 2-3 ice cubes
Preparation
Start with the plant-based milk and add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness of the smoothie.
