Guilt-Free Creamy Berry Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries (roughly 1 punnet)
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1 unripe banana
  • 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional)
  • 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts
  • 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup (or stevia for a sugar free version)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Start with the plant-based milk, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Tips

  1. For a thicker smoothie, use a frozen unripe banana; peel it before freezing.

  2. Slice the strawberries if desired.

  3. Serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness of the smoothie.
