Banana Grape Chia Seed Anti Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
