Refreshing Boozy Strawberry Daiquiri Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3/4-1 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice (agave, honey, maple syrup, regular sugar)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Transfer to a loaf pan or another container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Tips

  1. Due to the alcohol content, the sorbet will stay relatively soft, so serve right away after removing from the freezer!
