Strawberry Sauce for Desserts
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bag frozen strawberries
Preparation
Let the strawberries come to room temperature.
Place the strawberries in a small thick-bottomed pot, add the sugar and lemon juice, and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the sauce into a serving dish and serve it cold.
