Strawberry Fruit Leather Rollups
Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for 1.5 minutes to create a smooth and creamy puree.
Pour the puree onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spoon, ensuring it is not too thick or thin.
Dehydrate in the oven at 170°F for about 3 hours until the surface is tacky but not sticky when pressed with a finger.
Remove from the oven, let it cool completely, cut into strips, roll each one, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Tips
Strawberries may have varying water content, so consider 3 hours as an average dehydration time and adjust to prevent over-dehydration, which can make the rollups too crisp to roll.
