Homemade Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut cream (refrigerated and cold)
  • 1 ripe banana (spotted)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup or fruit syrup)
  • 500 g fresh strawberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor, optionally adding chopped strawberry pieces for extra treat.

  2. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

  3. To serve, let it defrost for 10 minutes and scoop directly.
