Homemade Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut cream (refrigerated and cold)
- 1 ripe banana (spotted)
- 1/3 cup sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup or fruit syrup)
- 500 g fresh strawberries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor, optionally adding chopped strawberry pieces for extra treat.
Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
To serve, let it defrost for 10 minutes and scoop directly.
