Creamy Coconut Berrylicious Popsicles

Ingredients

  • raspberries - 1 cup
  • vanilla extract - 2tsp
  • maple syrup - 1/2 cup
  • coconut cream - 1 tin ( 400ml )

Preparation

  1. In a stand mixed Whisk together coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract and whisk until creamy and smooth. ( on medium speed ) Once done divide it in two parts

  2. Make raspberry puree , and blend it in half of your coconut cream mixture

  3. While adding this to your popsicle mold you can layer it berry mixture first then coconut mixture, then again topped with the remaining berry mixture

  4. You can choose according to your preference

  5. Freeze it for half an hour and then insert the pop stick continuing freezing it for 4 to 5 hours or until firm
