Mango Coconut Cream Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend coconut cream in a bowl to create a texture like frosting.

  2. Once the mixture is thick and glossy, add mango puree, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.

  3. Scoop the mixture into popsicle molds using a spoon.

  4. Freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
