Vegan Healthy Coconut Raspberry Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of raspberries (you can use frozen)
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 3-4 tbsp of maple syrup or agave (taste and adjust to your liking)
- 1/2 cup of mango (frozen or fresh)
- Juice of 1/2 lime (optional)
Preparation
Add everything to the blender and process until completely smooth.
Fill your popsicle molds, add a few mango chunks and raspberries if desired, insert wooden sticks, and freeze until needed.
