Homemade Japanese Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 250ml soy sauce
- 200ml mirin
- 200ml sake
- 60g sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing.
Tips
This sauce is very easy to make and can be adjusted to taste for sweetness or saltiness.
