Vegan Sriracha Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons pasta water
  • noodles of choice

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.

  2. In a glass measuring cup, combine sriracha, vegan butter, and MSG.

  3. Microwave the mixture for 10 seconds.

  4. Add soy sauce, cream cheese, and 2-3 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water.

  5. Toss the sauce with the cooked noodles.

  6. Season to taste and optionally drizzle with more sriracha.
