Vegan Sriracha Butter Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons pasta water
- noodles of choice
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
In a glass measuring cup, combine sriracha, vegan butter, and MSG.
Microwave the mixture for 10 seconds.
Add soy sauce, cream cheese, and 2-3 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water.
Toss the sauce with the cooked noodles.
Season to taste and optionally drizzle with more sriracha.
