Korean Spicy Cold Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 1 serving soba noodles
- Veggies of your choice (e.g., cucumber and carrot)
- Smoked tofu
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Some sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook the noodles and thinly slice the toppings.
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Add the noodles and toppings and mix well.
