Creamy Miso and Shiitake Asian Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tsp brown miso paste
- 40 ml tahini
- 30 ml plant cream
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp shiitake powder
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Mix miso, shiitake powder and tahini with a whisk.
Add all wet ingredients by parts.
Work with a whisk a little longer to achieve the silky airy consistency.
Serve with sushi or spring rolls.
