Creamy Miso and Shiitake Asian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp brown miso paste
  • 40 ml tahini
  • 30 ml plant cream
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp shiitake powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix miso, shiitake powder and tahini with a whisk.

  2. Add all wet ingredients by parts.

  3. Work with a whisk a little longer to achieve the silky airy consistency.

  4. Serve with sushi or spring rolls.
