Chives and Dandelion Greens Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 1/4 cup Chinese chives (or 1/8 regular chives)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and pulse until completely smooth and creamy.
Tips
Top with more chives and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
