Chives and Dandelion Greens Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 1/4 cup Chinese chives (or 1/8 regular chives)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and pulse until completely smooth and creamy.

Tips

  1. Top with more chives and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
