Strawberry Sauce for Desserts

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bag frozen strawberries

Preparation

  1. Let the strawberries come to room temperature.

  2. Place the strawberries in a small thick-bottomed pan, add the sugar and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Pour the sauce into a serving dish and serve it cold.
