Vegan Jelly Balls with Daisies

Ingredients

  • 150ml water
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 2g agar-agar
  • 10g sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the agar agar with a little water.

  2. Heat the water, lemon juice with the sugar over medium heat.

  3. Pour in the agar agar and stir constantly.

  4. Boil for 1 minute.

  5. Then pour into the mould and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
