Vegan Jelly Balls with Daisies
Ingredients
- 150ml water
- 50ml lemon juice
- 2g agar-agar
- 10g sugar
Preparation
Mix the agar agar with a little water.
Heat the water, lemon juice with the sugar over medium heat.
Pour in the agar agar and stir constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Then pour into the mould and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
