Easy 3-Ingredient Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup agave or honey

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. This may take a few minutes since the strawberries are frozen; stop to scrape down the sides in between blending to make sure everything is incorporated.

Serving suggestions

  1. Enjoy right away for a soft serve or smoothie bowl style.

  2. Scoop into lemon halves after removing the fruit and pith, or into a freezer container, and freeze until set, about 3 hours.
