Ingredients

  • 3 Cups spring water (bottled water )
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons of Agar agar powder
  • - Edible food gel color (blue)
  • - 1/2 Teaspoon Lime juice (optional)
  • - 2 Teaspoon of Sugar (optional)
  • - Clear flavoring extract (orange, vanilla or almond

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 cup of spring water to a boil then switch off the flame when it starts to bubble

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of agar agar powder and stir until the agar agar is completely dissolve

  3. Add a bit of blue color and stir

  4. Optional >(Add Sugar , lime juice and clear flavoring extract )

  5. Keep stirring the mixture until it is cooled down to around 86° F

  6. Pour the mixture into prepared cake ring and let it set

  7. While the 1st batch is getting set make the second batch of agar agar jelly with remaining ingredients and follow the same process and pour the mixture over the previous one
