Baked Chicken Legs with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 carrots
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 6%
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken with rosemary, salt, and pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp oil. Rub well.

  2. Chop the vegetables and place in a baking dish.

  3. Add to the vegetables vinegar, salt, pepper, 0.5 tsp rosemary, Italian herbs, and oil. Mix well.

  4. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Tips

  1. Portions are large.

  2. Use sour cream or Greek yogurt as a sauce.
