Baked Chicken Legs with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 chicken legs
- 2 carrots
- 400 g broccoli
- 4 potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 6%
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 0.5 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Season the chicken with rosemary, salt, and pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp oil. Rub well.
Chop the vegetables and place in a baking dish.
Add to the vegetables vinegar, salt, pepper, 0.5 tsp rosemary, Italian herbs, and oil. Mix well.
Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Tips
Portions are large.
Use sour cream or Greek yogurt as a sauce.
