Buffalo Style Tuna Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bell peppers
- Green onions
Preparation
Drain the canned tuna.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Quarter the bell peppers lengthwise.
Stuff the pepper quarters with the tuna mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
For variation, substitute tuna with diced chicken if desired.
