Smoked Paprika Chicken

Ingredients

  • diced medium onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 75g diced chorizo
  • 600g diced chicken breast
  • chopped tomatoes
  • potatoes
  • garlic salt

Preparation

  1. So the chicken was made using a Schwartz sachet. For 3 people -

  2. Fry a diced medium onion in 1 tsp olive oil until soft and turning translucent

  3. Add in 75g diced chorizo and gently fry to release the oil

  4. Add 600g diced chicken breast and fry until sealed

  5. Tip a tin of chopped tomatoes into the pan and a chopped yellow pepper

  6. Cook at a simmer for 30 mins with the lid on

  7. We had ours with air fried new potatoes. I cut 400g in half, tossed in a tsp olive oil and garlic salt then cooked in the air fryer
