Gulabi Rosé Pink Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rose syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 medium lime
- 2 tbsp coconut water
- Single shot gin
- 1 cup ice cubes
Garnish
- Desiccated coconut or fresh shredded coconut
- Rose petals
Preparation
In your mocktail glass, muddle half the mint leaves with a quarter lime cut in small cubes.
Mix the remaining ingredients, leaving the ice, half the mint leaves, and lime for last.
Garnish with desiccated coconut or fresh shredded coconut and rose petals, then serve chilled.
Notes
Use your favorite gin or a non-alcoholic gin alternative; vodka can also be used.
