Toblerone Baked Oats Roll
Ingredients
- 45g Mornflake oatbran
- 4 tablespoons natural fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla extract
- Moroccan almond extract
- 2 tablespoons NKD Living erythritol gold
- 2 eggs
Filling
- 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Lindahl's kvarg white chocolate flavor
- Toblerone tiny dark chocolate
Topping
- 3g Callebaut white chocolate
- Toblerone tiny dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix the oatbran, yogurt, baking powder, extracts, erythritol, and egg yolks together.
Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the mixture.
Bake for 14 minutes at 180°C.
Allow the baked mixture to cool.
Prepare the filling by mixing the cheese triangles, kvarg, and chopped Toblerone.
Fill the cooled baked oats, roll it up, and shape into a long triangle.
Refrigerate overnight.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the roll along with Toblerone pieces.
