Grogu-Inspired No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 30g Oreo minis
- 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Lindahls white chocolate kvarg
- Moroccan almond extract
- Vanilla extract
- A touch of sweetener
- Ground almonds
- NKD Living erythritol gold
Preparation
Crush the Oreo minis and press them into a lined chef's ring.
Mix the cheese triangles, white chocolate kvarg, Moroccan almond extract, vanilla extract, and sweetener together, then add to the ring.
Top with ground almonds and erythritol gold.
Refrigerate overnight.
Notes
The Grogu decoration is made from marzipan and is edible but primarily decorative.
