Rolo Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 20g Grape Nuts
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
- buttery caramel flavouring
- 3/4 tablespoon hot water
- 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- kvarg vanilla
- vanilla bean paste
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
- 3 mini Rolos
- white couverture chocolate
Preparation
Blitz the Grape Nuts into a fine crumb.
Mix the crumb with erythritol, caramel flavouring, and hot water, then press into a lined chefs ring.
Mix the cheese triangles, kvarg, and vanilla bean paste, then add to the ring.
Refrigerate overnight.
Melt the salted caramel sauce in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Top with the melted caramel sauce, mini Rolos, and a drizzle of white chocolate.
Notes
This cheesecake contains around 25g of protein, making it a filling and tasty breakfast option.
