Easy No-Bake Cheesecake for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 5 mini oat biscuits
  • A little water
  • 3 extra light cheese triangles
  • Lindahls kvarg white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 Cadbury 99 flake

Preparation

  1. Crush the biscuits and mix with a little water.

  2. Press the mixture into a lined chefs ring.

  3. Mix the cheese triangles, kvarg, and vanilla bean paste.

  4. Add this mixture to the ring on top of the biscuit base.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. Top with the chocolate flake before serving.
