Pizza Toast and Cappuccino Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 2 tablespoons no added sugar tomato ketchup
- 15g extra mature cheddar
- 1 slice vegetarian pastrami style
- 20g grape nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon decaf Americano coffee
- 1 teaspoon erythritol gold
- 3/4 tablespoon hot water
- 3 extra light cheese triangles
- vanilla kvarg
- 1/2 tablespoon decaf Americano coffee
- caramel stevia drops
- white chocolate kvarg
- 2 teaspoons coffee flavor syrup
- chocolate coffee beans
- cocoa powder
Preparation
Toast the bread on one side, then flip it.
Add tomato ketchup, finely grated cheddar, and a slice of vegetarian pastrami cut with a heart cutter.
Place back under the grill until done.
Blitz grape nuts into a fine crumb.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon decaf Americano coffee, 1 teaspoon erythritol gold, and 3/4 tablespoon hot water, then press into the base of a cup.
Combine 3 extra light cheese triangles, vanilla kvarg, 1/2 tablespoon decaf Americano coffee, and caramel stevia drops, then add to the cup and refrigerate overnight.
Pipe white chocolate kvarg with a round tip.
Heat 2 teaspoons coffee flavor syrup in the microwave for 10 seconds to loosen, then pour around the edge.
Add chocolate coffee beans and dust with cocoa powder.
