Sticky Toffee Flavored Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal muffin
- 3 extra light cheese triangles
- 100g vanilla kvarg
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
- 1/2 tablespoon treacle
- Caramel stevia drops (to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- 15g chopped dates
- 10g fudge pieces
- 7g gold chocolate
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
Preparation
Split the wholemeal muffin and lightly toast it
Mix the extra light cheese triangles, vanilla kvarg, erythritol gold, treacle, caramel stevia drops, and a pinch of salt together and pipe the mixture
Melt the chopped dates, fudge pieces, gold chocolate, and salted caramel sauce together and drizzle over the muffin
