Caramel and Vanilla Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 40g Grape Nuts
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
- hot water
- 3 extra light cheese triangles
- 0.5 kvarg white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
- 7g dark chocolate
- 0.5 logo coin
Preparation
Blitz the Grape Nuts into a fine crumb.
Mix with erythritol gold and hot water, then press into a lined chef's ring.
Combine the cheese triangles and kvarg white chocolate, and add to the ring.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with salted caramel sauce, dark chocolate, and a logo coin.
