Caramel and Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 40g Grape Nuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
  • hot water
  • 3 extra light cheese triangles
  • 0.5 kvarg white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
  • 7g dark chocolate
  • 0.5 logo coin

Preparation

  1. Blitz the Grape Nuts into a fine crumb.

  2. Mix with erythritol gold and hot water, then press into a lined chef's ring.

  3. Combine the cheese triangles and kvarg white chocolate, and add to the ring.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Top with salted caramel sauce, dark chocolate, and a logo coin.
