Halloween Broken Casket Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 40g grapenuts
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
- vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3 extra light cheese triangles
- 0.5 kvarg white chocolate
- Moroccan almond extract
- 21g milk and white couverture chocolate
- edible lustre
Preparation
Mix the base ingredients and press into a lined 3.5 inch chef's ring
Mix the filling ingredients together and add to the ring, then refrigerate overnight
Melt the chocolate and pour into molds
Allow to fully set
Brush the coffin lid with edible lustre
