Cherry Bakewell Cheesecake Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 40g grape nuts
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold
- Moroccan almond extract
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon morello cherry compote
- 3 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
- Lindahl's kvarg white chocolate
- Sweetener
- Moroccan almond extract
- Cherry flavouring
- 1 mini shortbread
- 1 tablespoon erythritol icing sugar replacement
- Moroccan almond extract
- Cold water
- 1/2 glace cherry
- Signature coin
Preparation
Blitz the grape nuts into a fine crumb.
Mix with 1/2 tablespoon erythritol gold, Moroccan almond extract, and 1 tablespoon hot water, then press into a lined chefs ring.
Add 1 tablespoon morello cherry compote to the ring.
Mix 3 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles, Lindahl's kvarg white chocolate, sweetener, Moroccan almond extract, and cherry flavouring, then add to the ring.
Refrigerate overnight.
Crumble 1 mini shortbread around the edge.
Mix 1 tablespoon erythritol icing sugar replacement, Moroccan almond extract, and cold water, then pour into the cavity.
Add 1/2 glace cherry and signature coin on top.
